my bacteria project

oh yes, when people are getting rid of bacteria in their life, im growing them.=.=" no, please dont scold me.hahaha. im doing it for my unit - Microbiology II. all these bacteria worth me 50% ok?so i have to baby sit them just like taking care baby.LOLzz.
im actually doing antibiotic resistance gene where i need to grow bacteria that are resistant to a certain type of antibiotic, and transfer the gene to another bacteria, if that bacteria succeed in resisting to that antibiotic, means I SUCCEED!!!! ahahha. i wish.:( im just starting to grow them, and thank god they grew up pretty well. :D i have no idea how to continue with 2nd stage~fml~im the one doing, and yet, i have no idea whats up next.T.T
i hope this goes well till the end of sem, i cant afford to lose any marks from this leh~haiz. *sigh*....


i was growing bacteria from soil sample in broth..(just because of this, i keep telling my friends i used broth to cook instead of stocks.garhh~~ :S )


if you can see all the different spots at the edges of the plate, I took 3 diff kinds of bacteria out of it. :D
